Instructor Mentoring
Our Instructor Mentoring programmes support newly qualified instructors as they develop their delivery skills and build confidence in real training environments. Mentoring provides structured guidance, feedback and assessment from Kentec's experienced instructor team to help refine teaching style, course delivery and learner engagement. Through observation, supported delivery and independent assessment, instructor candidates gain practical experience, improve consistency and ensure they meet the standards required for full instructor status.
